Absolutely not. You're getting a Grattler with 2% more critical chance, a 0.1x higher crit multiplier, and the removal of a spool-up time, although the weapon fires a little slower. For how much work it takes to kill or convert a Lich, that's just not worth it. It does have double the magazine and reload rate, meaning it's much better for ground missions, yet the weapon's innate punch through really harms its AoE killing potential. Only get this weapon for Mastery points or if you really like the default Gratt

This ability also makes afflicted targets more susceptible to incoming damage. While her fourth ability isn't great, you can subsume it with a group-wide damage buff like Roar to make Wisp the strongest support Warframe in the game. We're about to give them a landscape and they've wanted that. Even if they didn't know they wanted that, the way they give feedback in level design, you can tell they're itching for space. They want more.
Unfortunately, most of this weapon's damage is Puncture and Impact, two of the worst damage types in the game. Slash procs from this weapon aren't going to hit very hard or occur much at all, leading to some problems when dealing with heavily armored targets in Steel Path. But if you don't care about following the meta and want to crush every bone in a Grineer's body, you won't find many hammers better than the Kuva Shil
I thing the whole Warframe vs Mabinogi thing is really exciting! In the previous matchup, AirMech faced Warframe and we unfortunately lost. I noticed many of our players seemed torn between choosing AirMech or Warframe, plus as I know the devs at Digital Extremes (old friends and independent developers themselves) I felt like the most honorable thing to do would be to cheer them on in the next round. I'd never heard of the other game, and never saw it mentioned. I figure why not support some friends, as I heard the other game was offering rewards, and participation is great. I think that companies rewarding their players for voting is perfectly fine. Obviously you're going to support the game you play, so no harm there. If anyone resorts to botting votes, now that is a serious violation and I hope it hasn't happened. I didn't see anything official from Nexon about AirMech and that being the reason they tried so hard (though in the end failed) to win the vote. I'm flattered the players think that our admittedly small community had such a massive influence on the vote in order to justify involving all their games. AirMech is a team of 9 indie developers just building a game we love, and supporting a community we love. We even provided links showing how many potential votes AirMech contributed, but that apparently was ignored. The real winner here is MMOBomb of course. Brilliant move on their part to have this contest, as they have even tricked Nexon into driving them a massive amount of traffic! You can't buy that kind of interest, so really well done there. Warframe also wins, because now all those Nexon players know about Warframe. Even AirMech wins–we've had a ton of signups originating from Nexon forums over the past few days. That wasn't intentional, but I'm happy they now know about AirMech and are playing our game. In fact all the games in this contest are winners, especially the smaller ones that could use some exposure. We essentially started the year off with the biggest problem of all: what are we going to do to keep our veterans happy? We can write a quest to keep them happy for a week, or can think what's the next push. We've pushed in all sorts of directions and they all have given us different results, mostly positive, but you can see when something doesn't have that staying power from someone who loves our game for it's core, Warframebase.Com that fluid gameplay and stuff, but in this case, this caters to that too a degree you can't get any idea. We're about to put their skills to the test.
