Blacksad is a giant tuxedo cat and a hardened private investigator unraveling a complex noir murder mystery. It takes place in the seedy underbelly of 1950s New York populated by anthropomorphic cats, dogs, foxes, and all other manner of anim
It's a very tender story and all the more pleasantly surprising when you consider that Triple Frontier itself is a decidedly grim and un-happy movie (in a good way, mind you). More than that, it makes for a great ending to the film's larger struggle to get made and a refreshingly touching tale about what went down off-camera during the production of a major Netflix release. Suffice it to say, those who either haven't seen Triple Frontier yet or decide to rewatch it may end up seeing the aforementioned chase scene in a whole new light
(Image: https://burf.co/about.php)'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire' is an extremely long book, and it's also packed with a ton of storylines, characters, and details. As such, it makes sense many big moments in the book didn't make it to the screen at all. Rita Skeeter is in the film version, but the fact she is an animagus that can turn into a beetle is never brought up or revealed. In the book, this fact allowed Skeeter to scoop so many stories and personal details about Harry and other Hogwarts students and also lead to Hagrid's lineage as a half-giant being revealed. Without this information, Rita Skeeter comes off as annoying in the films, but nearly as conniving as she really
„I don't want to talk too much about it, but Damon is thinking about it in a way exactly as you describe it. Which is, how do you take the material and derive from it a TV show, without making it a literal translati
However, it's worth noting that Gibbons expressed his thoughts prior Bloys' comments, so it's possible that the acclaimed artist may not consider the new adaptation better than the movie upon seeing it. Although it sounds like HBO and Lindelof have every intention of moving forward with the Watchmen TV series, we'll just have to wait and see if they actually follow thro
While this character wasn't exactly central to the plot, he was a character that was cut from the movies completely. In 'Hatty Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban', Sir Cadogan is introduced when the trio first goes to their Divination classes with Professor Trewlaney . Then, he briefly replaces the Fat Lady after she is attacked by Sirius Black . While he is in the film briefly, most of his scenes were cut. However, you can see a deleted scene where he features. This decision was likely made because he wasn't a super important character to include. However, it would have been nice to see more magical Hogwarts moments and have the students interact with the moving portraits more than they did in the fi
Lindelof's reluctance to confirm his involvement with the Watchmen TV series makes today's comments from HBO's president of programming, Casey Bloys, perplexing. Bloys discussed HBO's slate during the network's summer TCA presentation today, and Bloys told IGN afterward that Lindelof's Watchmen TV series may stray from the source material and even include some original plot poi
What makes a great video game cat? Some of the best cats in games are adorable, but that doesn’t mean there is no place for the creepy and evil cats of the video game world. The best cats in video games make an impact on the player and are remembered for years to c
While Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 does include mention of Regulus Black ( Sirius Black's brother), Harry, Ron, and Hermione figure out the details on their own. In the book, however, Kreacher gives them Regulus' story. There is very little of Kreacher in the movie compared to the book, so we don't get to learn about his change of heart in the movie, either. Cutting down the Regulus Black backstory gives us less insight into him as a character. While it might not have been a completely essential detail for the movies, it's definitely an interesting story and one that is noticeably lack
People has revealed that Chandor and the Triple Frontier crew encountered numerous stray Missions|Https://straycatgame.com/ dogs while filming around Bogotá and eventually set up a kennel for the dogs to wander in throughout production. They also brought in veterinarian caretakers to care for the pups and provide spay/neuter surgeries, among other basic health treatments. As Chandor pointed out to People , you can actually spot one of the dogs in Triple Frontier during a chase sequence, about ten minutes into the f
„Damon is one of the smartest, most passionate, most thorough writers I've ever worked with, so he's really thinking about this in amazing ways. Again, I don't want to talk about the details of it, but when you sit with him, and you see the way his mind works, it's really kind of amazi
A question, then, might be: Does Dolores experience flashbacks during her fatal run-in with Rebus or is the show illustrating the way in which the audience is experiencing two separate timelines (a past and a present) unfold as a way of explaining Dolores's path toward consciousness and the role the Man in Black plays (and has played) on her journey? Given the emphasis the show has placed on the idea of memory and backstory, the latter seems less likely. The flash to the previous Peter Abernathy, the Man in Black in the barn, and the two encounters with the man on the porch that have different outcomes suggests more the importance of the role memory and learned behavior play in self-awareness than a twist that fundamentally alters the structure of the narrative. Dolores's arrival in William and Logan's camp also seems to seriously undermine the credibility of the dual timeline theory. While the dual timeline idea seems to be debunked, the events here don't necessarily refute it complet
