Obviously this year is proving to be a bit strange for the games industry, Ubisoft included. Where a certain AAA failure forced it to delay many of its upcoming titles, issues related to COVID-19 have made things even worse. But there is hope, with Assassin's Creed Valhalla coming to next-gen consoles later this year. Only thing missing is the reveal for Far Cry 6 , which is also apparently slated for this fiscal y

Basically the only thing that Far Cry fans can assume is that if the game is unveiled in a few weeks, it will likely be slated for 2021. Just based on previous release history, recent Far Cry games are typically announced a little under a year away from release. Again, assuming Covid-19 hasn't caused any production/development delays, that will likely hold true for Far Cry 6 as well . It's also worth noting that the last three Far Cry releases ( Far Cry Primal , Far Cry 5 , and Far Cry New Dawn ) have all released within a Spring release win

Among other rumors and leaks, the next game in the off-kilter shooter franchise has been confirmed to be in development from leakers and big name media who've been correct before. It's been a few years since a proper Far Cry sequel has come out, so it wouldn't be too Far Cry 6 Endings|Https://Farcry6Zone.Com/-fetched to expect a new entry coming soon. Ubisoft Forward would be the perfect opportunity to unveil or tease the game, especially if it's going to be due next Spring like us

Jason is just a frustrating whiny character, and Arjay is just… well he has no character. Ubisoft even went as far as making a silent protagonist in Far Cry 5 , which completely took us out of the story. If they can nail the tone right for Far Cry 6 , they should also have a main character with an actual personal

As for what to expect, it's tough to say. There's very little known about the next Far Cry that isn't just a rumor or corroborated with another source. Most of the „leaks“ just allege that Far Cry 6 certainly exists in some capacity, which may be true but that's a little more than obvious at this point. Each gameplay/story leak alleges something completely different, ranging from a sequel to Far Cry 3 with Vaas as a returning character to the return of a tropical setting and helping zoos with jetpacks and „Narcos“ inspired elements . In case the second part of that sentence wasn't enough, it's also important to note that there's little to no backing/evidence for any of these leaks. Some early leaks for a North Korea setting were bolstered by a Far Cry /Ubisoft fan survey, but that was not conclusive by any me

_ Far Cry 4 _ played with this idea a little bit, but the factions were specifically part of the plot. You only got to side with one faction or the other at the very end. A faction system that is affected by gameplay would be a welcome addition. You could take down an outpost, then decide which faction gets to control it. It would be a nice change of pace and would open many story possibilities since you’re constantly changing the flow of battle between these factions. To make things interesting, each faction could also have their own perk that solely belongs to them. Meaning you can't use that perk unless you are partnered with them at the time. This would make the choices a lot toug

Fans should hear more relatively soon, as Ubisoft's recently announced digital showcase comes in July, which should provide a major update for several of these franchises. Hopefully Far Cry 6 will be among the announcements and hopefully a legitimate release schedule is also revealed, as that's a lot of games to pack into a relatively small amount of t

GLaDOS' charisma comes from her rather unique sense of humor as she mocks the player through each level. However, the further you get into the Portal series, you realize that her humor is something of a defense mechanism, and the only way she seems to be able to retain what small bit of sanity she still has after she has been assaulted with personality cores and the rest of the mad scientists at Aperture. She is evil, but she also seems to genuinely care about her job. Her personality is one that fluctuates and changes throughout the game. She is an entertaining villain because she has real personality, as she goes through a full spectrum of emotions throughout the two games. She is arguably the best written character that gaming has ever seen, as her subtle nuances make her more than just an evil AI. Maybe it is something akin to Stockholm Syndrome, but she sometimes seems to actually care about you. Or maybe she is just an AI that plays mind games to make you think that. Either way, GLaDOS is one of the most complex and enjoyable villains in gaming.

Most notably, back when Ubisoft confirmed five triple-A titles were releasing during the 2020-2021 fiscal year, all but one of these games have been officially revealed. So far, Assassin's Creed Valhalla , Watch Dogs: Legion , Rainbow Six Quarantine , and Gods & Monsters have been unveiled. Many reports since then have stated that Far Cry 6 is the fifth triple-A title coming from Ubisoft this fiscal year. Several other rumors and leaks have corroborated this as well, among other unconfirmed gameplay deta
