Lastly there's that secret sauce to differentiate another Battlefield battle royale from its competitors , which is something very hard to narrow down or articulate. Warzone has the Gulag to serve as a player's second chance in each match, Fortnite has its iconic building systems as a core gameplay mechanic, and Apex Legends has the hero abilities that players can utilize. Firestorm never really had anything special like that, in many ways it just emulated the base battle royale structure. Battlefield 's next battle royale needs a unique mechanic(s) like this to prove its difference in an enticing

One major thing that Battlefield still has over every other shooter out there is the sheer destruction the Frostbite engine is capable of. Destructible environments have been a mainstay for the franchise since Bad Company 2 , but it's become such a non-factor in recent entries. Emphasizing how destruction can change Battlefield 's battle royale would be a perfect integration of core mechanics with things like mortar strikes, more vehicles, anything to dial in on the chaos Battlefield does b

DICE might have another Battlefield game in the works alongside Battlefield 6 . According to a September rumor, a remake of Battlefield 3 , one of the most popular installments in the series, could be in development. The source of the leak is the Stockholm studio itself. On Twitter, DICE posted a short clip from the game followed by a "What?" question, which could either indicate a Battlefield 3 remaster or subtly confirm the modern setting for [[https://Battlefield2042Hq.com/|Battlefield2042Hq.com]] Battlefield 6 . Regardless, nothing else has been shared in regards to that since the initial September publicat

DICE’s popular first-person shooter franchise will soon be returning in 2021 with the release of **Battlefield 6 ** . The developer already announced that the content update for Battlefield 5 scheduled in June will be the last of its kind for the popular World War II shooter that has been making waves since its release in November 2018. Over its nearly two years of massive multiplayer battles, the game has maintained a large, dedicated following, with the largest game modes still becoming quickly popula

It's a bit of an abstract concept, but Battlefield has consistently focused on a strictly historical/realistic perspective in its most recent iterations. That alone isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it does make for a less creative or unique identity for Battlefield . At least in terms of gaming, it very quickly becomes just another game about the horrors of war, and less about people playing this game for entertainment. Future Battlefield games don't need to necessarily go crazy and be super campy like Bad Company , but for lack of a better expression, Battlefield shouldn't take itself too seriously. War is scary, but Battlefield should be fun first and forem

With DICE supposedly having "crazy ambitious ideas" planned for Battlefield 6 , Wilson’s talk of unprecedented scale and the power of next-gen consoles seems fitting. These remarks accompanied the game’s release window, however, which sees the next Battlefield project lined up for a release during the 2021 Holiday season. While this may be a good bit away, having a general idea of when the next game will be releasing should be comforting for Battlefield f

According to IGN, EA has reconfirmed that DICE will release Battlefield 6 in 2021. After DICE creative director Dennis Brännvall released the news regarding Star Wars: Battlefront 2’s final content update, EA gave a statement to IGN assuring the community that DICE would continue to support both Battlefield V and Battlefront 2 for the next couple years. EA then added that gamers will " be getting a new DICE Battlefield game next year: ‘Longer term, the studio is focused on the future of Battlefield that we’ll be bringing to players in 2021.

Despite the most recent claims, **Battlefield 6 ** is actually going to be what fans of the series want, according to an industry insider. The statement contradicts the latest round of leaked information courtesy of Anton Logvinov, video game journalist and insi

This shouldn't discourage DICE from pursuing a battle royale in the future, and with another Battlefield game confirmed for 2021, it'd be worth another shot. That being said, assuming there is another Battlefield battle royale in the pipeline, there's going to be some stiff competition for future battle royales. Mainstays like Fortnite and Apex Legends have still stuck around to this day, evolving and changing with consistent support and dedicated fanbases. Even Call of Duty has proved with Warzone that established franchises can succeed in the genre as well, so long as the innovations is th

Controversial inside scoops are most likely based on feedback from several playtesters whose excitement over **Battlefield 6 ** varies drastically from person to person. In other words, the tone of these leaks and claims depends on a personal attitude. Obviously, for a proper conclusion, the title needs to be revealed publicly, which will happen in spring 2021. Until then, there’s no reason to believe any of the reports - unless they are significantly solidified by specific credible informat
