The four core games however, should be enough to satisfy many PlayStation owners, and those looking to purchase a Sony console for the first time. First, Kojima Productions' Death Stranding is sure to be a highlight. Both its original E3 2016 teaser , and 'The Games Awards 2017' trailer , have caused quite a stir in the gaming community for how odd they make the game look. No action gameplay has been shown, so maybe Sony will showcase some of that, and unveil more mysterious story deta

Rockstar Games and Kojima Productions have dealt with this sort of theme in the past. _ Red Dead Redemption _ was entirely about fatherhood with main character John Marston struggling throughout the entire story just to keep his family safe. The insanely huge and complex story of the _ Metal Gear _ franchise touches upon the theme of fatherhood throughout the multiple games connected to it. It’s clear to see that both developers enjoy writing around this theme in particular which has led to comparisons between Red Dead Redemption 2 and Death Stranding _ . _ In either case, dads are a big deal in these ga

This doesn't necessarily need to go along with the previous entry, and would actually work best with the current system where BT infestations stay in specific places. There already is a system for clearing out BT Territory by destroying the Giant BT that can usually either be found in the center of the area or shows itself by attacking the player. However, while this will clear the area and allow the player to move through hostile territory in ease, it never lasts for very long, making it somewhat more difficult to enjoy these sections of Death Stranding 's open-world without having to immediately run a

Headlining the PlayStation Store's Spring Sale is Death Stranding, which is no doubt one of the most highly-anticipated games of 2019 . Due to Geoff’s excessive mention of giraffes in games, I grew confused when Geoff Tweeted a different species in a Tweet reading, “Best Performance of 2019? #thegameawards†and used a photo of HouseHouse’s Untitled Goose Game . But then it became clear that Geoff must believe that the goose is, in fact, the giraffe of the duck world.

Now, after months of endless speculation, Bandai Namco finally confirmed the contents of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot's upcoming DLC, which will cover some interesting content from Dragon Ball Super . The upcoming DLC will introduce Super Saiyan God Goku into the game, and the DLC can be played whether the player has completed the main campaign or

Sam frequently has flashbacks and hallucinations which include Amelie, whom he sees as both a mother and a sister at times. Sam’s relationship with Bridget, another mother figure in the game, is also pretty complicated and drives a lot of his motivations as a character. Amelie, though, is one of the only characters, besides Lou, whom Sam holds great affection for and this family tree is made even more complicated with the inclusion of one of the antagonists of Death Stranding , Cliff Un

Next, back in 2017, Sucker Punch released an impressive trailer for Ghost of Tsushima , a game set in a time period when samurais roamed Japan. The company's previous full game was inFAMOUS: Second Son , so it will be interesting to see a story set in an entirely different culture. Of course, as with the inFAMOUS series, Sucker Punch has proven to be masterful when it comes to third-person combat, so it stands to reason the gameplay in Ghost of Tsushima will be top notch. Hopefully, Sony will showcase gameplay at
