Players out there looking for a blend between farming and combat à la Stardew Valley should find a lot to enjoy in Kitaria Fables . The title sees gamers taking over the role of a furry feline friend, battling their way through hordes of enemies, and then returning home to farm, craft, and upgrade their way to success. The visual style is slightly top-down, reminiscent of most ARPGs, and features fluid movement, colorful environments, and beautiful animati

CyberConnect2 has quietly explored a steampunk alternate reality in its Little Tail Bronx franchise, which (so far) has produced a platformer along with action and tactical RPGs. Even if they are not as well known as the developer's licensed projects, these games are pretty good in their own right, and their collective world-building is fascinating. Fuga: Melodies of Steel is the darkest Little Tail Bronx entry, and the tactics game casts cute anthropomorphic animals in a sobering war dr

"I don't want to talk too much about it, but Damon is thinking about it in a way exactly as you describe it. Which is, how do you take the material and derive from it a TV show, without making it a literal translati

Love it or hate it, Fox's Gotham ** is one massive television sensation. Although many believe it makes no sense without a full-fledged Batman, Gotham has found a dedicated fanbase of DC lovers . Dr. Ford admits to Bernard that he isn't the parks sole creator, but that another man, named Arnold, also participated in its inception. Ford offers a limited account of Arnold's dealing in Westworld, choosing only to offer the now silent partner's seemingly tragic end as a warning to Bernard to not confuse the parks' creations with the real thing, saying, "Don't forget: the hosts are not real. They're not conscious. You mustn't make Arnold's mistake." Like Bernard, Arnold's secret desire to see consciousness manifest in the automatons is motivated in part by trag

The last Watchmen adaptation was Zack Snyder's 2009 film. And as with virtually every other Snyder-directed film, Watchmen split critics and audiences. However, the movie's Ultimate Cut has since received almost universal acclaim, with other notable Hollywood directors heralding the film as a " masterwork ." Despite the movie's extended version achieving acclaim from critics and audiences alike, Gibbons believes that the upcoming Watchmen TV series may, in fact, outshine the movie. Gibbons suggested that Watchmen works better as a TV show rather than a movie because it's an episodic story, and episodic narratives don't always fit within the confines of a two-to-three hour film; unless, of course, the story stretches across multiple theatrical installme

Easily the sickest indie game coming in 2021 is SkateBIRD . Players control a bird as they grind, kickflip, and airwalk across tiny skate parks. There are little pencils and staplers to jump over and ramps made out of notebooks. Players can even customize their birds and upload custom soundtracks if they’re not feeling the lo-fi beats. SkateBIRD is a must-have for any real hawk f

Garden Story may be one of the cutest community-building games around. As Concord, a little grape, players help restore an island that has been divided thanks to an infestation called the Rot. Players can take on quests, clear enemies, and gather resources as they rebuild the isl

Although the Bat Cave took a while to come into play on Gotham , its origins are completely dissimilar to that of the comics and movies. The canon for the Bat Cave's origins is that it was a tunnel underneath Wayne Manor that was used during the Civil War. More accurately, it was used as a shelter and a location to transport those who needed to come to the North for safety. In short, it had a positive history. But Gotham totally spins this around. In the show, the Bat Cave was Thomas Wayne 's private hideout where he did some not so nice things with Wayne Enterprises. It's not a very inspiring pl
