-"Join androids 2B and 9S and their ferocious battle to reclaim machine-driven dystopia overrun by powerful machine lifeforms... NieR: Automata is a fresh take on the action role-playing game genre that gracefully blends mesmerising action with a captivating sto+In most games, when you compose the tracks, you compose them for a place, or a moment, or a scene, but for NieR I composed for each character and their emotions at any given moment. A character may feel sad during a battle, and usually battle sequence would have fierce music, but for NieR , if the character feels sad, I made sure to have that kind of feeling in that fiercen

-The images captured on PS4 show some very visible jaggies basically across the whole picturewhile the PS4 Pro version is much smootherThis appears to indicate superior anti-aliasing solution on top of the difference in resolutionTo help you see the difference (even if I doubt that this is really needed) you can check out zoomed area on both platforms below, with massive jaggies on standard PS4 and much smoother edges on PS4 Pro.+The demo for Nier: Automata follows two androids2B and 9S, inside of a massive abandoned weapons factory that is now run by machines The player takes control of 2B as she (do androids have genders?) travels through this factory on a mission to take out Goliath-class weaponImmediately upon playing this demo the familiarity of its predecessor is apparent. 2B has a floating mechanical companion that can provide fire power assistance as she battles the robotic enemies as they shoot the familiar orb projectiles. Nier was no slouch with swordbut watching 2B in melee combat is truly a thing of beauty as she is able to dispatch her enemies by using her blades with the finesse of a ballerina trained by ninjas. The explosive action on screen is accompanied by a beautiful choral infused soundtrack, which was one of the more memorable aspects of the original.

-Like all the machine lifeforms in NieR: Automata, this character is made of rough, raw metalKeeping her consistent with similar characters while also giving her a uniquely feminine atmosphere was pretty tough! +As a series, it has managed to keep up with the times in good stride ( even if it got weirder along the way ). Nier and its predecessor Drakengard were both superb reflections of their time. Nier: Automata is already looking to address certain themes all too familiar for the times right nowAgainmaking a giant leap into the future, possibly to speak on what technology means for the worldHow it shapes and effects our livesIt will be interesting to see where Automata goes because it will be the first game without human protagonistHeroine 2B looks female, but like her counterpart S9 (looks male), they are both fully functioning machinesNot a single human thing about themaside from looks (they both look dope). It will also be a game without bloodas far as what has been shown. Surprising as this series oozes blood; even the shades in Nier spouted fountains of gore. Yet even this design choice of focusing more on explosions than gore is important. Giving pause to thought, maybe Nier: Automata is saying something about our world in a clever way that is built into its world.

-Nier: Automata is a game fans of the series have been eagerly awaiting and even has a demo availableSo what makes Nier so important and what does it have to offer gamers? Well, for one, the series is known for its dark tone (sorry Yoko) and almost horror-like storytelling with settings to matchThe narrative of Nier and its parent game Drakengard have overly-depressing and somber narrativesNothing good really happens in these games and it would be a safe bet that Nier: Automata will follow suitThe storytelling in these games is about as adult as they come (make sure kids aren’t around when playing). For anyone who hasn’t played the original Drakengardgo play it: it comes highly recommend. It wasn’t mind blowing by any meansbut what it was doing for gaming was something drastically different.+

-That description is consistent with the development narrative that has been told by Platinum Gameswith the studio often emphasizing in press releases that it wants NieR: Automata to redeem the original game'failuresThe demo, which is available for free, features action combat that is more akin to Bayonetta than a traditional action-RPGand the early response from those who have gotten their hands on the demo is positive one. That's good news for Platinum Games, as the developer would like to bring NieR: Automata to Xbox One as well if there is enough demand for+YS: We have been asked this before during other interviews at Gamescomand I have been telling everyone that it would be 25 hours, because that'just how I feltBut when I told that to my Japanese staff yesterday nightthey were like "no, it'll probably take lot longer than th

-  +In order to see the difference, we captured few screenshots of the same situations within the demo both on PS4 Pro and on a standard PS4 consolematching camera angles as well as possible and saving the shots in lossless PNG to achieve the best possible comparison.
-YS: As you may know already, the previous title was not what you'd call a "huge success," but it does have a big cult following. When we thought about creating new title for the franchise, I thought that it needs to become greater success. To do that, I wanted to have my favorite composer, my favorite director, my favorite artist and my favorite designerso I asked everyone to join and to create a success that I think is necessary for this franchiseI'm very glad that you feel the same +

-Character models are animated through a system of joints that we call " [[https://nierautomatafans.com/|Https://Nierautomatafans.Com]] bones." Each of these colorful lines is one of the boss’s bones. She has 364 bones in total – 249 in her body, plus another 115 in cloth details like her cape and dressThe metal skirt that makes up her lower body is collapsed in this view, so it’s covered by her cloth dress +NieRAutomata 's demo is finally running on our PS4 consoles, giving everyone a taste of PlatinumGames' signature action in a JRPG flavorNot only it looks lovely and plays even better, it also comes with at least part of its promised PS4 Pro support.

-YS: Right now we're thinking of trying not to have any differences between the two versions. Although of course we'll have different options and things like the name cards for instancethat are very unique to Steambut other than that we aren'planning any other differences at this mom+Which is why this award is dedicated to the memory of the Wii Ua console with some really good ideas sent to die on the line of dutybecause (among other reasons) Nintendo thought that it didn'need the support of third parties to succeed. Hopefully, the lesson has been learned and will be applied to full effect to the

-Nier, which creative director Taro Yoko has stated is the direct follow-up to Drakengard 2, follows suit perfectly for what these games offer upNier might take place a thousand-plus years in the future, but that changes nothing. There could easily be a whole essay on how all the games are connected (there probably is), but that’s not what this article is about. The series is asking deep questions, questions that might not be as obvious at first. The seriesfor as wacky and bombastic as it can beis reflection on events taking place in our world and how "we" fit into that worldIt flips over rocks that might be hiding something nasty and at other points opens doors most people never want to peer behind. Not everyone wants to look at these things, nor should they be forced toFor those who usually let curiosity get the best of them or are looking for a deeper understanding of somethingit’s worth pulling back the veil.+The world of Nier: Automata appears to be more technologically advanced than its predecessorThis shouldn't be too surprising as this title takes place 9929 years into the future, though things appear to have fallen into disrepair since the last time players got to visit this world. Instead of a wise cracking spell book 2B has a floating gun turret. The NPC android that assists 2B during her mission9Shas pretty sweet flying apparatus that is equipped for battleHumans are no longer on Earth, and the androids left behind are at warThe factory where the demo takes place is enormousand is completely overrun by hostile machines.(Image: [[http://www.imageafter.com/image.php?image=b20nature_characters_humanoids025.jpg&dl=1|http://www.imageafter.com/image.php?image=b20nature_characters_humanoids025.jpg&dl=1]])
