In his second year as host, it appears that all of last year’s controversy surrounding Gervais' hosting must have impacted the funnyman, as all of his jabs appeared a little too nice compared to what was said last ye | Directed by Martin McDonagh, In Bruges stars Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson as Ray and Ken, two Irish hitmen sent to Belgium to carry out an assignment for their boss Harry, played by Ralph Fiennes. | I always believe that it is much more difficult to write real-world dialog than it is to pen what is said in an action flick, so Berra gets points for that. It was very real, and for lack of a better description, quiet or muted, fitting in with the beaten down emotions of the charact | |

| Jason also tries to take care of Gus (played by Harry Dean Stanton), who owns a local old-time movie theater. Gus lost his wife years ago but is starting to descend into Alzheimers. Jason does his best to befriend Gus, who he's known for five years by helping him to run the theater, which shows old classics. It's here that Jason meets Francis (played by Zooey Deschanel from Elf ) Bill Paxton in a minor and somewhat creepy r | Again, this one is a tough call, but Bloom is so good in her performance in Crazy Ex-Girlfriend that it's harder to argue against her than anyone else. Like so many shows, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is far better than its title suggests and it owes so much of its success to Bloom's effervescent, musical portrayal of Rebecca Bunch that you just want her (and by extension, the series) to get a big win h |

Jerry is severely obnoxious and of course, oblivious to the f | The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has officially announced its nominations for the 2012 Golden Globes show - and, just like any year, there are many obvious selections, a few surprises, and more than a handful of choices that are bound to rub moviegoers of all shades the wrong (or, in some cases, the right) |

While older Ken enjoys the beauty and history of the town, Ken is completely and utterly uninterested. | The likeliest culprits most people will point to are the Best Picture nominees themselves. Ever since expanding their top category to include a maximum of 10 films back in 2009, the Academy has done a solid job at ensuring that commercially successful works are recognized. | In television, it was Showtime that came out on top, with three awards all stemming from brand new series. Matt Leblanc took home Best Actor (comedy or musical) for playing a fictionalized version of himself on the UK import Episodes , while Homeland not only brought home a Golden Globe for Claire Danes as Best Actress (drama), but it also gave Showtime its first ever award for Best Ser | Also appearing later in the film (although his expletive-laced voice is heard early on) is Ralph Fiennes as the man who is in charge of telling them who they need to kill and when. Fiennes did a great job in the role with an intensity that would unleash itself with great ferocity. I also enjoyed both Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson. Gleeson was just peaceful to watch, if that makes any sense, and Farrell was the polar, manic opposite. His face was a rubber mask of expressions that was very entertaining to |
